Just make one and do it yourself. It's a bracket for the shock mount, not a critical suspension arm or the like. It looks like thick galvanized angle. I'd probably buy stainless since I tend to over-engineer things like this. If that's out of your comfort or tool capability, any metalwork shop can do the cutting and drilling to your measurements.
