Just make one and do it yourself. It's a bracket for the shock mount, not a critical suspension arm or the like. It looks like thick galvanized angle. I'd probably buy stainless since I tend to over-engineer things like this. If that's out of your comfort or tool capability, any metalwork shop can do the cutting and drilling to your measurements.

Tri-state Trailer? They're screwing you. There are better places but the lead time is several weeks long. Tri-state knows this and are taking full advantage of it.

That explains it all. The first bunch of Reitnouer tridems that came up here were junk. My cousin bought 6, and they all went to the auction in less than a year. Put 70,000lbs on them and the huck bolts and hardware started landing on the ground the first time you turned them through an intersection.

What, they don't have welding shops where you are?

Call a mobile welder, tell him to bring some angle aluminum.

Them magnetic cranes up at Nucor jeez  I remember the first flatbed load I did and thinking they were going to screw something up on that trailer. They take a lot of abuse lol

Took the trailer over to Country Supply today and showed them the $1731 estimate from Tri-state trailer and jaws were dropping, they couldn't believe what they were seeing.... :biggrin_25513:

Parts are under warranty and being mailed today from Reitnouer...

They gave me a new bolt kit and said just to zap all old bolts with the grinder, and that it should take 1 hour tops to do the job myself....

Of course, wouldn't surprise me in the least bit. You'll be rolling here shortly though ;)

The Mac trailers I’ve seen seem pretty tough, but I’ve never had one. You couldn’t give me a Reitnouer or Chaparral though. One experience with those was all I needed. They might be ok on the Interstate with a half load on them, but taking them out in the bush with 70,000lbs on them doesn’t last long.
