It shouldn't come up since it's not one of the classifications that are tested for. If, however, it does for some strange reason, then a Medical Rview Officer (MRO) will contact you and inquire about the medication. Just direct the MRO to your physician and / or pharmacy. Once the MRO determines that it is a legitimate prescription, your urinalysis (UA) will be marked as negative.
So just keep my mouth shut. Maybe not take the pill a couple days before the UA and cross my fingers?
There's a roadmaster school in my town. Should I attend that and get trained for CDL? I'm a bit worried about spending the money then finding out I'm unemployable because of my issues
I read on the net about these people getting kicked out of orientation. Is it really that bad? Were they hiding something or thinking they could smoke pot and pass the test?
Thank you all for your responses. As far as employment background check. What are they looking for? Since I've been self employed, does that matter? I haven't collected a penny of welfare or unemployment, disability ever. Is what they're concerned about?
Wait, wait, wait,.....forget all the stuff you listed and ask yourself do you really understand what your getting into. Do you like being asked to be gone from home for days if not weeks at a time. Does being a paid tourist really seem that exciting. Whats your goal here, to become very good company driver or an owner operator, I know both and nothing wrong with either one. If this job looks easy from the outside think again. You listed good health, no bp or diabetes problems, and an anxiety problem...This job will test all that and more! Good luck and be safe. Please think long and hard before spending time and money on something like this.
