    You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be held against you by your trainer. You have a right to a shower. If you cannot afford a shower one will be given to you by your trainer at the truck stop.

    zip. Nada. Employment is at will either on your part or the employers part.

    You not happy? Quit. OR talk to Operations Manger and get another trainer. Or something else. Fix it if possible with actual stating the problem before taking a drastic action like quitting. There is one thread on here TTR that actually resulted in a sex harrassment problem. But that got fixed. Proper. If not way better.

    It is not good to not provide juicy details. We are like ravens who need to chase and catch shiny things like details.
