In my younger days I was broke one day and really hungry about 9pm and it was going to be sometime the next day before I could get a cash advance and I pulled up to fuel and there was a big wad of cash laying on top of the fuel pump. "Oh yea, steak dinner, praise the lord".
If you have to empty your pockets it is a good thing to keep everything taken out in your eyesight and grasp.
When I am using cash, I only pull out what I intend to use. I don't like carrying more than $300 in cash because it attracts a lot of the wrong kind of attention. I hope you can recover your money but find safe places to put your cash. I prefer only to use cash at the pumps to get the cash price. Granted I drive hotshot and my truck has a smaller tank than the big rigs which means it is between $120-140 to fill my truck up from near empty.
You're not the first that's asked her that question. She won't answer anybody. No proof an employee stole her money.Drivers are at the counter also. Its very unfortunate this happened but she has no one to blame but herself for carrying that much cash.
carrying a card is a good idea. I have mine but use that mainly for food and other things and use cash for fuel.
I know a skank city in Indianapolis off 465 exit 4. A Flying J and a Pilot that has lot lizards everywhere looking for some money. EWWWW
Is there a truck wash nearby to wash the skank off or do we need a penicillin shot for precautionary measures?
