$350 a week profit means how much gross? -
Hurst, how much is your gross a week/Month/year?
How much of that is profit? -
Average gross between $4,500-$4,800.00
I know not as much as a tradiotional O/O, but pretty good for L/P. -

That explains part of our difference. I run my butt off. 3000 mi a week is a slow week for me.

That's about 93% operating margin, or a 7% profit; if the other numbers are forecast properly. $800/week payroll sounds really low though. How many hours per year do you spend on that business? Also, what methods have you used to quantify risk and what is the payback to you for incurring those risks?

I chose the new truck to reduce the cost of a break down. Having been an O/O in the past with a non warranty truck, I saw how fast a checking account can go to zero.
