What causes black smoke while accelerating?

    I'm thinking it's the actuator, because I don't see a sweep etching on the side where it sits. I could be completely wrong though.

    I told the dealership last week when I had an injector replaced. He told me low boost psi might be due to low exhaust flow, from the bad cylinder. But it's still low.

    Well I had an egr valve that was wide open. Plus a clamp was lose in the CAC circuit. Plus I had an exhaust leak on the the #2 cylinder. I have driven a whole 17 miles and it seemed to run fine. Boost hit 28 psi empty on back country roads.
