    Your chances are better if you work with a smaller rather than larger company. Any safety director will tell you a driver is most likely to have accidents/incidents between his first and second year on the road. You got to comfortable to quick, and had your first. I’m guessing that got into your head, and led to the next one. If I was you, I’d beat them to the punch, and call your safety dept. talk to them honestly about what has happened, and ask if it is possible for you to maybe get some additional training. If they see your sincere, they might invest some time into you instead of letting you go, after all they knew they were hiring a new driver. But if they do let you go, it’s not the end of the world, you are after all a new driver, and companies expect growing pains.
