leftlanetruckin....true that!!! Diagnosing and actually fixing and or repairing something is a thing of the past...most replace it...if that doesn't fix it...then replace something else. But then again...thats how they are taught.
And truckmech...knew exactly what you meant and had NO problem reading what you wrote...I use periods WAYY to much myself. HAHA.![]()
What did you get done today??

brsims Thanks this. -
Is it sad that I know exactly what your talking about? LOL I've got 3 gear heads in this house.

Man that is so true!
If that auto correct is the thingy that finishes the spelling for you. I hate to try to send a text because of that. Is there a way to turn that off on an iPhone?
Oh yeah, short workday; at 0930hrs I loaded (tanker) in Lake Charles, LA, to deliver in Crosby TX @ 1300hrs. This put me on I-10 for the big weather, between Vidor and Winnie, TX we were down to 20 mph a couple of times. Stopped raining, and sun came out for a while during unload. On return home, more rain and funnel cloud was spotted around 8mm, (Vinton, LA); wind almost blew me off the road- talk about elevated pucker factor!
After I returned home, was intending on cutting grass in my pasture, but with all the water, the fish were getting tangled in the bush hog. lol -

brsims...all my drivers need to do is bring me a mountain dew...lol. ALWAYS hits the spot!!
droy...we had three drivers coming back from OK. One brushed a guardrail because wipers shorted during the monsoon.
PROPS to all you drivers battling it for us!! Day in day out to get the load where it needs to go. Although mechanics job sucks when truck comes in dripping with driveline problems...or you are out on the yard trying to get the lights on the trailer to work right...lol.
