Finished putting roof steel on our new shop today. So excited, I just had to pull one of the choppers in to check out the new space. Going to be alot bigger than what we were used to.

This weekend, in my home shop, I put a rear axle flip kit (lowers the rear 8") on my old Ram pick-up... and started rebuilding the front suspension so can lower that, too. The truck will be repainted in satin black and will have a "wrap" installed with graphics to advertise my Labor Day weekend "RumbleFest" hot rod show...
I took my truck to the shop Monday to have a vibration checked (loose bearing in the power divider it seems), have the belts changed (not an easy job on my E model), repair a small air leak (bad air line at the front brake valve) and have a spring brake replaced.

Finished axle swap...all is well. Found a few cracks...welded them up. Changed couple of tires on one of the Western Stars...both leaving tomorrow to get loads...trailer will be behind a T600 though. Went to church. Now watching movie with the kids...well...two of them are fixing to go night night...the twin two year olds aren't the greatest movie watchers!!! lol.
Hoping to get some work done on the orchard tomorrow then go fishing with the boys in the afternoon. -
Yesterday, I graduated from truck driving school, drove my family to Orlando to see the in-laws, had dinner @ the Polynesian(Dole Whips, Oh Yeah!), watched fireworks and fought pollen allergies. Today was Downtown Disney, dinner @ T-Rex, kids swimming @ the in-laws hotel pool and a Shamrock Shake for the trip home. Got to make those memories while I can, soon it will be 3 weeks gone and 3 days home.
Working Class Patriot Thanks this.
