It is such a nice feeling when you get more space to work with.
Funny thing is that you allays grow in to it much faster than you think possible.
Another thing I find interesting is how much timber is used for construction in the US.
We are forced to use steel or brick.
Neat looking construction.
What did you get done today??

I bought this trailer new a few months ago and from the factory it came with 4 red tail/turn lights that are the new generation supernova LEDs, but they don't look like LEDs. Over the winter I added 2 yellow strobe LEDs onto a stainless plate, but never liked the setup as a whole. Then the other day I noticed one of the factory red LEDs was out. I didnt think the light was burned out but figgered a loose ground. Fontain uses aluminum rivets to secure the bezels....so I had to drill them out to gain access. Turns out the plug simpley came off. Had this been caught been caught by the DOT, it would have been an OOS, one that I couldnt fix out on the road since I dont carry a drill. How pissed I'd have been to be shut down with a brand new trailer.
So, time to upgrade from the cheap factory setup.
Factory view
I decided to replace the cheap red LEDs with 10 diode LEDS and move the yellow strobes up next to the red ones. That meant taking a knife to the trailer so to speak. I must have measured a dozen times before cutting two 4 1/4" holes in the trailer.
I'm much happier with the end result. I used stainless steel sheet metal screws to instal all 6 lights so that the next time one of them "unplugs itself" out on the road, it'll be easy to gain access to the electrical side.

Short 400 mile day today, ended up in Winslow,Az due to curfews etc around Phoenix.
So, I went to the parts store and Wally World, and got myself a plastic tub to hold my gas cans and oil for my new generator.
I put a Honda EU300is on the truck, along with a portable heater and ac unit for now. Will get the rooftop unit on here when I get back home as I had to order it online.
Couple of hours today were very productive, managed to get pretty much organized again!
Here is the generator in the box I made for it.
