What do people think of Portpro?

I own a small-ish drayage trucking company (operating out of long beach). We started using Portpro about three years ago and at first we were really excited about it. The recent updates have been pretty dissapointing though, I mean their new AI features are just atrocious.

I'm curious whether other people have had the same experience, or if I'm just not using it the right way.

Any thoughts?
