the only "chains" i exercise with are when i am turning on or off some lights i have in my house..

    or "yank someone's chain"....

beyond that, my "real" exercise consists of walking about the length of 2 football fields at work, once, then i am done.

already have done lost 10 pounds.

I always dropped the trl and head to the nearest walmart and/or laundromat.Maybe find a nice restraurant..I always did my 34 at a truckstop but did'nt just stay there and do nothing..But with most drivers they are'nt allowed to take the trk wherever while on their 34.Some drivers have friends and relatives that pick them up.I would say 5 miles or less is close but nowhere is close when it cxomes to companies letting you unhook and use their trk for your personal time. Also most companies now adays are on elogs and they won't give you personal drive time unless you're heading home from their terminal and is 100 miles or less.If you're out there and especially under a load even if you're on your 34 hr reset, you can forget about asking for personal drive time or even using their trk to even bobtail a block because they won't let you.

How do you know another truck driver is gay?

He asks you "how's your Peterbilt", when he sees you in your Freightshaker.

    Waka waka waka!

Every other reset I get at home. When it's OTR I play a lot of video games since my wife can't complain about me doing it out there.
