$70 divide that by 430 miles. comes to 16.2 cents.

the regulation you quoted, is the price for trucks that are permitted.

we haven't been permitted up until now. and that's what i've been paying.

if the scales dont pull you in. then you know your truck is distance permitted in N.M. if they pull you in. chances are you gots to pay the piper.

N.M. takes cash and credit. company checks only. and if you happen to take a route in with no scale but get caught with a scale on the way out.
colorado takes cash only.
can't say about arizona if they collect.
haven't seen texas open yet.

 

Shouldn't be you were told to keep it with you at all times when you got it. Or you should have been

 

your not told to keep your long form. your told to keep your card. the only people that want to see your long form are certain future employers. and has never been mandated that you must maintain.

Well I was asked for long form during a level 1 about a month ago he said card first then asked for long form I had both

He didn't even look at it after I showed it to him but did enter some info into computer from the card

 

When the process of tying it in with the CDL is finalized we won't even carry the card .

 

it's already been finalized.

indiana had no problems pulling up my information. since it was inconveniently left it all at home after it was renewed and faxed to the company.
