You really never get to the point of knowing it all , you know that , but , if you can adopt this outlook and keep it ......No matter where I go , no matter how many miles I drive , no matter how many "close calls" I encounter , bad weather , crazy drivers , heavy traffic , etc.....I'm still a rookie , even if you make it to retirement like a couple of us old hands....your still a rookie , just an old one......
What does experienced driver mean?!

When I went to work for GSF ( 1978 ) you had to have a verifiable 5 years experience , and 1 year of that had to be pulling a reefer.....times sure have changed...KW Cajun Thanks this.

to continue..after the 30th year I looked back at the 29th....never ending cycle......if a driver doesn't take every single solitary safe mile as a total learning experience , AND apply that experience the the very next mile....eventually he'll be in trouble.
