What does it mean... (SWR issues content)

    Hate to see a feller watch his radio drop and spill his coffee...Coffe shorts out radio,burns his lap..He gets distracted and hits a car which goes off the road he jack knives his truck and care and trucks get back up for miles....

    Then the rest of us are rippin the butt f u k for being a tool but he cant hear us cause his radio dropped and shorted out by the coffe he spilled...

    Phew..now thats a story eh..lolTalk about over thinkin velcro wha!!!..

    Again..Im just razzin volvo 244t

    Almost at the 2 month mark now, and it's just as solid as it was when I first put it up.

    As for the heat comment, it was mounted this way in my (black) car for almost two years when I lived in (really hot) Alabama and it stayed put there too. The car rides rough.

    For anybody considering going the dual-lock route, make sure to get the right stuff. The SJ3561 is the one to get. Its rated to 220°. Get the 400ppi (pins per inch) stuff, its got a 66lbs per square inch linear release rate.

    3M does not recommend mating the 400 to itself. (It's 400 pins/square inch, not PPI.) The 250 to 250 is recommended for most uses, and is what your Prepass is likely held on with. Four 1" squares of Type 250 at the corners of your radio are probably going to hold the radio through anything you're likely to survive.

    And she's been fine for about 6 months now.

    Although I removed the Galaxy from the bracket and put a 148 in its place last week...same size and mounting for the win!
