what does it mean?

    Well.. 90% of the carriers want you to be 23+ to hire.. not many of them hire 21 year olds..

    well i've been researching that for the past year and Maverick, USA Truck, Werner, and Knight all hire 21 year-olds. I'd prefer maverick because of their home time and i liked working with the flats at my previous job. that being said i have no problem swinging doors. after a few years id like to go to work for a rental company hauling equipment. at my last job i rode with the company driver to job sites to deliver steel and pickup/ drop off equipment. i loaded, unloaded and binded the equipment and strapped/unstrapped the steel. as well as played spotter wen the prefabbed steel seemed confusing to him from the forklift. i really liked working with the equipment.
