Well I really don't care for psuedo names. That being said, if you don't come up with one, your co-workers will. When I ran linehaul for R+L my handle was "Freak" which was derived from some guy saying I looked like the character from some cartoon called Freakazoid. Never watched it and didn't really care for that name, but it stuck. The sad thing is many drivers never really took the time to learn each others full names. They just always used handles, even at the Christmas party. "Ah yes this is Landrover and Landrover's wife"

The screen name "Grumman" comes from the make of aircraft my father-in-law owns and the one in which I learned to fly AA5.

My first name is Hoyt. A little uncommon as a first name. Named after my father who was named after his uncle who was killed in WW2.

Just my license type and endorsements, sans the cycle... I guess I could use the moniker CY CAXPT
    :biggrin_2556:

Reason I came up with it is it seemed some of the other one's I tried were taken, so...I get bored easily and just grabbed the most truck driving appropriate moniker.

Almost forgot, when I first got it and read it, I used to kid around, "C (See) A XPT (expert) :D

Nah, I can handle it. I've dealt with it since I was six years old. That's when the song came out and I thought it was the greatest thing ever. I rode around on my bike singing it all day. Got shortened to SHC by my dad but like I said, he refers it to meaning ##### head child.

My other nickname was Flash, so I guess it could have gone either way lol

    The Challenger Thanks this.
