Same. Paid a few hundred for the unit and that was it. Paid a couple hundred more for Bluetooth scales a few years later but they suck. That's my only complaint. No monthly fees, no fees ever actually.

They still answer the phone if I have a question and they update the software on occasion.

 

We use Konexial because we run ag / livestock, and they geofence the boundaries, so it switches automatically on/off duty at the maximum outer range of the exemption zones. Have had some glitches, but their tech support is in the US, and gets stuff done.

also, cheap compared to Motive!

I have Big Road and hate it, however it’s apparently free!

After almost 2 years they haven’t charged me a dime. I’ve even brought it to their attention 3 times and just get ignored.
