What exactly is navigo??

Qualcomm was down yesterday for 6 hours or so.
Including the GPS on it.

 

ive had that happen with 2 different companys depending on where i am in the country north of amarillo it goes down and along ca/nv line were 2 places it messed up

 

Yesterday seemed to be a Systemwide Outage.

 

Same with KLLM. and when that happens calls to dispatch are overwhelming, and go straight to voice mail! Heheheheee

Have friends that work for Stevens and Swift and they had the same issues.
When I was at Joplin Petro, walked by a Prime Truck and could see his QC was doing the same thing also.

This seems to happen every few months.The Older style QC.....never once had issues like this.

 

That cost me a lot of time over at JBS. I sent a message to get some money put on card for lumper. Didn't notice it didn't send the message for a while. Then I thought I'll just send another message. That one didn't go through either. Then I tried to call the fleet manager, and it kept going to voice mail. Finally after about an hour of trying and having to move my truck out of the door I called somebodies else extension and was able to pay lumper. Then qualcomm wouldn't give me my fuel route so I had to take more time off.

 

That is one you never depend on one thing. Have an iphone, gps, and Quallcomm (which I do not use GPS on), and the ever faithful Rand McNally Atlas (which you have to update too).

 

I knew the route. Our fuel bonus is tied into fueling up where they want us too. Can't pass up on an easy $300 or more a month fuel bonus.
