What happens after Training

    So after your school training what happens do you usually go out with a trainer from the company you get hired on with, and from what I am reading you only get paid 200- 350 dollars while training, so does the trainer grade your performance while on the road and report this back to the company, and if they don't like your performance do they let you go how does it all work.

    Be aware that attitude counts alot; how you take instructions,etc. For example, we had a "trainee" a couple of weeks ago; ex KLLM (3 weeks), ex fuel hauler (2 weeks) and then landed on us. He was paired with one of our best drivers who happens to be black. Made one short trip and told management he "wasn't gonna take orders from no n---er". He ain't there no mo, no mo, no mo.
