Dang that's purdy. Not a fan of the serpentine conversion though.

 

In working the landscaping I have found the Septic rank and located four corners.

Best part is I did bot find it by myself, or any of the equipment, falling through the top of it.

Will have to consult with my local network and figure out if it is big enough for 3 bedrooms or stay at 2 for the new house. Well technically we are doing 1 bedroom in the house. Just a question for when/if the wife's craft room gets changed to 2 bedrooms does somebody else need to upgrade the septic.

And the local network is the guy across the street who used to do septic systems with his father in law.

Between the compost and now septic system I been dealing with a bunch of crap recently.

 

I like the kitchen set up -A LOT very well designed, the fridge on the far end, the large space from the oven to the stove, and the sink being in front of the stove on the island. Three deferent pre-cook work areas, easy placement of cooked items to the island. Very nice choice of the flat long tiles on the splash guards it's a good modern look that will last forever without the flat tile and multicolored glass slats stacked modern look that is getting way overused and will look dated soon, I stuck with good old plane white subway tiles over natural white pine.

 

Maybe.... Probably not.

Did you learn how deep the well was drilled? Appears to be a jet pump arrangement. Nice field layout.
How far is this from where you were; and does the cookie cooking Shelia have dependable transpiration?
