Probably hire a landscape architect. Those might even be too tall to mesh with the house.

I pretty much know what I want the front to look like, cactus, mesquite trees, fence, blah.

But having a pro draw it might be money well spent. Rather than going," Yea that other color of rock would have been better."

It meant that the balls on the engine govoner were out all the way to allow maximum power... Also known as full military power if I'm not mistaken.

Holes punched, 4th hole from tip is the hole @D.Tibbitt will probably be in based of measurements he provided. This allows 2 holes if he loses weight, and 3 holes for after he hits his 30s... Lol

Urban Dictionary: balls to the wall

Originally was for the centrifugal governors that @Cattleman84 referenced but from the steam engines era.

Phrase was repurposed to aircraft use as @Dave_in_AZ explains = All the engine throttles (with knobs on the end) to full throttle.

Whole 9 yards has interesting perceived origins to say the least. One Brits take on the mess:

TLDR version: Was printed by newspapers from KY, IN, and AR around 1907/1908. Then disappeared from print Repurposed by airmen around the time of WWII
