Well a good chunk of today was spent in the company shop replacing my wifes alternator... My mechanic wanted nearly $500 to do it, the dealer wantes $650.

I hate working on newer cars. Good thing it was a slow day at work... I had to take out the overflow bottle, a motor mount, the aircleaner box, a wheel, fender well liner, and the fans and shroud... Just to get to the dang alternator. Took about 2 hours to get it apart and maybe 45 mins to put it all back together. But my wife said I had earned a few beers... So maybe it was worth it.

My boss is amazing, he even let me charge the alternator to the company account and he will hold it out of my next 2 paychecks.

How did you know I look exactly like her?!? Except for the hair, trim belly, good looks…..well let’s just say I have the skinny legs and the outfit.

They stuck it to me good. Was sitting there watching trucks back in and leave for hours. I'm cool if your lumpers can't count paper towels. I try to build situations like this into the price. I'm all about being flexible and solutions. Giving a man a place to park after such a ### reaming seems appropriate, but no no no. I'm still bitter about it three years later. Lol

Found a couple boneless ribeyes for $11 lb. Figured I better get them. Might be the last time they’re that cheap. What’s up with propane? Doesn’t flow well at 12 degrees. Steaks are going to take forever to cook. How does that work for home heating in the winter?

They have a electronic pay lumper system. After I was unloaded they sent me a text asking me to rate their services. I respectfully let them know they would never see my truck again.
