    Looking at prices of Building Materials I’ve bought in the last 8 yrs. The 3/4” T&G sturdi-floor subfloor was $23, now $54 a sheet. The 7 interior doors I paid $90 for are now $240. $6 a roll insulation, now $13. Looking at existing home prices, seems to be some good deals on Land only. Maybe due to the high cost of materials? One particular lot near the Lake for $5000. The problem is the roads not in yet. That could take years, unless someone buys the whole block of 6 lots and builds a road. Eventually it’ll be built, same as the surrounding area. Would be a great investment for a younger Person, to buy and wait. Taxes are low, grass would need mowing.
