Paid my IFTA. KYU has a problem. Unexpected error Blah Blah Blah. Interesting info on Govenors State of Emergency order, suspending required crossing of Scales and hours of service. Along with all renewels. I just want to pay my $56. They better not charge me 20% late penalty. Interest is only 5% per year. $10 is $10.

DDT has a half life of 50 years as I recall. The increasing levels of DDT found in wildlife and fisheries was indeed a concern.

I think it should have remained available for use in certain cases, but I also think that it's use needed to be curtailed.

[vent mode] just when I think the idiots on The View can't get any more dumb. Whoopi Goldberg says, "The Holocaust wasn't about race..."

Are you ##### kidding me? Such utter stupidity or anti-semitism. Not sure which one is worse.[/vent mode]

I’m watching morning news and weather and apparently the world is going to end tomorrow while I’m at my first day at the new job. I have to quit watching the weather channel because Stephanie Abrams is just too good looking. I watch for 10 minutes I notice the home area on the map in the background and retain nothing after watching the only thought is my gosh she is HOT. Tomorrow it might snow and get cold in February I will try to act surprised.

Oh, bedbugs??? People, NEVER under any circumstances stay in a hotel room with wooden furniture without looking behind the furniture for signs of bedbugs. These critters dig into the wood and lay eggs. they get into ALL wooden items in a room or a house. I made the mistake of sitting my suitcase on a wooden table in a Comfort Inn in Ohio years ago. Back then I was living in a one-bedroom apartment. It cost me almost $1,000 to get rid of those things. This is not counting on all the new things I had to buy.

KYU is switching over to a new and improved system. I think maybe today was the day? Forget what the message said.

Most of the country has seen snow the past two weeks. Some more than others. Harrisburg PA area, not as much as other parts of PA, but still enough to plow. Some container hauler pulls in beside me at guard shack. Tires are one step away from being bologna skins……every single tire. Got a nice fancy inspection sticker from 9/21. SMH

I wanted to share a funny story related to me about 30 minutes ago. Keri was working just behind First Class on the 777 yesterday. If I understood her she was almost standing close to the front of the aircraft during the departure briefing. What was so funny was she said a heavyset middle-aged female was sitting in 1st class and was shall we say a bit flatulent! Keri said she was sure glad she was wearing a mask. She's headed home but is not expected to be working, basically hitching a ride into Norfolk. No idea when!
