It has to do with how fast you cool the hardboiled egg after pulling it out of the hot water put the hardboiled egg into a bowl with cold water and some ice in it. It causes the membrane between to shell and the egg whites to collect moisture faster and swells the membrane causing water to get between the shell an egg whites making it easy to peel. The reason older eggs are easy to peel they have microscopic holes and fractures that let in water to separate the membrane but are not big enough to cause the egg whites to escape.

True story my bride's uncle did his PhD thesis on the nutritional causes of the thickness of an eggshell.

International LT with their A26 engine. 50% loaded, 50% empty. Out loaded, back empty or vice versa. Average mileage in the month I've been in this truck. 5.6 mpg. Governed at 72 mph, but probably spend 70% of my time on the two lanes.

As I stated my friend served two Combat tours in Vietnam. He was actually wounded during the Tet Offensive and set home. He retired from the USMC sometime in the 80s as a "Gunny" and started his career with a local Atlanta company. I was thinking about him and his family, sad that my health prevents me from traveling. As most of you know I am in the process of legally adopting Keri. This is being done for legal reasons to ensure she stays MY SINGLE HEIR! I am posting this music because when I am laid to rest I will be here in a Veterans Cemetary near my home. I no longer desire to be buried in Georgia. I have asked Keri to make sure my service is small and I just want this music played. If she can arrange it I hope to get an Air Force Color Guard to also be there.

Please tell me you're kidding. Although, a friend's brother got his Doctorate in Time/Motion studies and now spends his workdays in high school cafeterias deciding how big of a spoon to use on ladling out the chicken ala king. True story.
