You really need to speak with the OM about the current staffing situation. Sure, the lean operations has some good things, but it has it problems. Work loads that overwhelms the staff leads to burn out and high turnover.

 

There was a guy that was concerned about what might happen if it snowed. Would he be able to drive? What about delivery? So lots of questions and answers.
Then there was this guy that used to post here about the adventures of OTR driver training. It was quite entertaining. The good, bad and ugly.

 

Hmmm…as the years have gone by the story of the STT having a pooping accident on my bunk is actually becoming sort of funny. I’m still traumatized and in need a of a safe space on occasion.

 

Here is a pic I took in aught 10. Around Bastrop Tx. Was a bumper crop that year. I planted a bunch of bulbs last fall. Anxious to see what comes up
