Pricing loader tires, I'm in the wrong business...I should have opened a tire shop up instead.
Oddly enough Michelin are $2,300 per tire less than Bridgestone.

I'm sure its different in each state but I know in Idaho you can create a legally binding contract on a napkin or a piece of wood, or anything you can write on... As long as both parties sign it and at least 1 witness as well.

Knew a guy in high school that thought he could get out of a deal because it wasnt dobe through an attorney... But it was all legal and a judge held him to it... Hand written on the back of a diner receipt, both of them signed it and the waitress witnessed and signed it as well.

The key is if each party is authorized to make the agreement.

If the recruiter knows his company policy states X and he promises something that contradicts X then it is th e recruits burden of proof to show the company authorized an exception.

It is an uphill battle that is rarely worth the effort, even if winable.

    Here to.
But if it is really important to me I have my lawyer write it up, then he and his assistant both witness the signing. Its rare i go to that extreme, but I have.

This is true... Parties do need to have the authority to sign said agreement... And with company business that can get murky.

655k on the truck. I asked the boss if the truck ever had a clutch put in, but I couldn't get a straight answer from the co mechanic. My guess is its the factory clutch. They just put one in this twin to this truck.

Shop is charging $2100 for an easy pedal and all necessary parts. I asked for a 13spd to be installed as well, I was denied. Lol
