Time to go get me a new clutch. Guess I'll sit around here and post all day while I wait.

 

This is the first auto truck I have ever driven (Volvo 780). For the most part, I love it—sit back and drive.

This morning, however, I discovered when backing up a steep incline to a dock, if you attempt to roll forward with the gear selector in reverse, it will attempt to let the clutch out. This resulted in all sorts of banging and bad noises. Glad the transmission has a good warranty.

 

I have noticed that Dave is independently wealthy. That's why so many gold diggers hang out in this thread.

 

He inherited 5 million and started buying trucks. He now has 1 million so he’s not doing too bad.

 

No doubt. I too would prefer a 13 over a 10. Tho my post wasnt about my preference, yet more about why a company might be sticking with a ten. Then again. If you were a o/o, you would be deciding not them and this is a reason why I feel the need to own.

 

Companies stick with 10's because a newbie can tear up a 13 in a hurry.
