    IIRC they do guarantee that particular brand.

    I don’t like Craftsman ratchets at all, so I started using the Harbor Freight brand.

    I got rid of most of my Craftsman tools several years ago. I have a few screwdrivers and a wrench set left. I don't keep a lot of tools but today all I buy is Snap On tools.

    I used to see those Snap On trucks driving in industrial areas all the time. Haven't seen one in a long time.

    I’m impressed with the Harbor Freight ratchets. Recently took a couple 50 yr. old Craftsman ratchets to Lowe’s and got new ones. Can’t imagine the value of this load if it were Snap On. I’d need to add insurance coverage.
