What if it Snows?

What is this sauce you speak of.

 

Hmmm, my style of BBQ has no sugar. Definitely do not add any. I guess if you want to get full technical, it does have carbohydrates.

 

There can be a huge difference. Sorry, this will be long.

So you go with a vinegar based sauce. I used to cook with that in the slow cooker. Then add honey at the end of it.

 

This may be where the problem is. I don’t use a purchased sauce type product. If I use any type of sauce, I make it from scratch, then only goes on at the last few minutes of cooking.

 

I got my rig washed this trailer used to belong to bogies express they have really nice iron.

 

Stuff used to cover up inferior BBQ and hide how poorly cooked it was........

 

More like marinade and mopping sauce. Most are vinegar or beer/wine based. Don’t do a lot of tomato based grill sauces. Not a fan of sauces with a lot of sugar, just don’t like the burned taste they can have.

 

Second one would be a death sentence for the wife..... Full blown epi-pen anaphylaxis from sucralose and aspartame.
