bad thing is he’s an owner op leasing one of their trailers, that company only has like 4-5 of their own trucks, they’re white 579s, rest are leasing their trailers for so much per week.

    Ouch.

Well got done dealing with the County for short form of my birth certificate. I've got an appointment (again) for next Monday for haz-mat testing. They've added a new rule that if you haven't previously held hazmat you have to take a course prior to taking test, but as I had it previously in Texas, before moving to Colorado I'm not sure where I fall.

Dave's Hilti must still be pretty good to compare it to an FLD. The FLD was probably one of the best trucks Freightliner ever made.

If he got a ticket for not slowing down to check if a train was coming, both him and his company are in for some large fines. Plus his CDL getting suspended for 60 days.

Love a good classic but those small hole versions can go to hell.

Quick responses you can give to get these irritating shippers/receivers off your case...
they work.. you can trust in the Judge..

The last thing I want to do is hurt you, but it’s still on the list.

My therapist says I have a preoccupation for revenge. We’ll see about that.

    and i always like..
I don’t suffer from insanity.... I enjoy every minute of it.

They usually change tone of voice, or just go back inside...

Almost loaded, gotta go get paperwork.. then go to work.

@okiedokie if you have fresh snow at 4k I’m assuming there’s no heat advisory in your neighborhood. Are the slopes still open?

I found two more trucks in the weeds locally at a trailer shop. Been there for some time. Might see what condition they are in and make an offer. They are most likely trash but you never know.

Maybe I should go buy some property before I start buying “extra” trucks.
