    Gawd how I love spaghetti with a good meat sauce. Simply can't eat it without filling up on Pepcid OTC 24 hours prior to the feast or else a case of heartburn that will put me down.

    I so agree I love all pasta dishes but especially pagetti. Didn't Get heartburn from it but have dumped all pasta and carbs to live longer

    I don't usually get heartburn but last week I ate something that gave me some wicked hellfire heart burn so bad I was afraid to burp...I had to buy some Mylanta.
