Blame it on the hyper focus/ADD?

Didn't the house boss tell you first that you were to focus on making the food to keep you and the other half fed and happy?

The three cheese semolina is quite good. Makes good toast. Usually slice it on their machine.

Been a heck of a week. Drove 200 miles to Wamsutter yesterday for a guy to tell me he had 5k in his trailer... Wild ride back to Cheyenne.

keep the positive attitude. Your gonna be fine. Sure, it’ll take a few weeks to get through things, but you will get through just fine.

I read your post a few times and pondered it, but I still have questions.

I've never worked in sales, forgive me if these are elementary questions.

I checked the inflation calculator, you wanted to make roughly $492,000 in today's dollars.

And to do that you had to make 2.5 sales calls each work day.

And I realize a "sales call" doesn't necessarily mean you phoned them, you had to travel to their facility, which can involve great distances.

But if you could achieve that income making 2.5 sales calls a day, which seems like a pretty low standard to meet, why would they need to raise the commission?

Again, my experience in sales is limited to four hours as a telemarketer....one hour of product familiarization, two hours observing their top salesman (training), one hour on my own...at the end of which, I was an EX-salesman.
