    Even as Memphis crime has spread toward Germantown and it’s high taxes, it is still a highly desired address for many people. Within the last couple of years they have built an upscale senior living facility and there are plans to build upscale housing on the site of an old golf course. The owner of the golf course died and the heirs wanted the $ for the property. Property values in the area continue to rise which increases the tax take.

    The Germantown PD continues to aggressively enforce their traffic laws. Many tickets issued in their 4 lane 45mph zones.

    With all of the games completed, for the exception of the Championship game, here is the results from the college pick em. @kemosabi49 continues to lead the way with 18 points.
