    Toll roads. Bag of ice @ 7 pounds is $2.50.

    They call it the cooler size. I guess this is the land of Lilliputians, and they all have tiny coolers.

    There's no hot chili either.

    In Arizona there are no toll roads and you get 20 pounds of ice for $2.
