It rains here every day

 

I’m in Rochelle IL. Wasn’t looking good when I stopped last night. 32, 1/4 mile visibility, fog, drizzle. Was closing in. Didn’t get any cooler. Feels like it warmed up. Fog doesn’t look bad.
I’m at a good petro here. P/U 11 to 14 tomorrow. Close in to Chicago. Thinking this is the closest I can get with a good truck stop.

 

1 to 2 inches of snow overnight, added to half or so that fell during the day. Guess the good part is that at least it’s in the positive numbers for temperatures.

 

I've been in rain and 75 degrees all week. Lows in the 60s make perfect sleeping weather until the douche with the back up beeper shows up at midnight and takes 4 trys to get it in the hole.

3 inches of fresh snow this morning in Idaho... I seem to have impeccable timing for leaving out the last month or so... Hope WY don't get all shut down.

 

I'm about to fly from OKC to Pittsburgh to drive a permitted load to North Dakota. Should I be worried?

Depends on if I am driving near you. (just kidding). I would be more concerned as to why they didnt have anyone local to do the job.
