Flash flood warning so I bailed out of Lebec, California. Brush fire by Gorman...strong winds by Smokey Bear road and a WE black and white prison tarp on the ground. 1/2 dozen truckers yelling at a car hauler with a chain dragging throwing sparks everywhere.

And then...

I hit the 210 east bound at the 5 and boom. Traffic was light like it was 3am. 118 miles to my pick up. Google maps said 1hr 08min. Cruised in early. Ya never know what the day will bring.

Little America out west of Rawlins last winter it was -17° with the windchill. My truck would shut off after 5 mins. Idiot night DM didn’t understand that the bunk heater will keep me warm but I wasn’t sure about the rest of the fuel system. He then begrudgingly approved some anti-gel.

I came in hot to our yard. My truck is now an infinity idle truck. I still idle less than the guys with 5 min. Shut off.

It’s supposed to idle above 74° and below 39°. Mine didn’t
