What if it Snows?

They have a separate one for wing and wong, because you wouldn’t want to wing a wong number.

 

I stopped planning loads/work back in November 2021........

Most of my planning now is just looking out the window for which weight of hoodie to put on.

And the big planning tonight is should I smoke a chunk of cow, chicken, or pig tonight.

 

Why do just one kind?

 

Small smoker and don't want one to drip on the other.

Will just do a different meat tomorrow.

Thinking some beef tonight. Picked up a 14 pound pack of select trimmings. Will smoke some and prep the remainder for freezer and some for fridge.

Tomorrow will do the same with the 12 pounds of Pork loin ends. Will slice to fillets and put in freezer bags with marinade.

Just said "Eff it!" and tossed the dead bird parts in the freezer for another day. It is in smoker sized packs already.

Since I retired, my coffee consumption has went up quite a bit. But its about 80 percent decaf 20 percent regular.

 

Usually when I do any grilling, it’s multiple things. Start with the things that are quick, then move to the longer cooking things.
Today was sausage first, then beef.
