@Espressolane I made your Green Chili Stew but because I had a big pot of leftover rice in the fridge, I made it just like your recipe called for but left out the potatoes and added the rice at the end and let it simmer for about 30 minutes together. Mighty, mighty tasty!

 

Looks like the ears come pre-cropped like a fighting dog.
