I act professionally and they did the same. I think you’re right, people that ##### 24/7 are miserable without being in a truck. Add a truck and the BS and they think the world is out to get them. People are their own worst enemies.

I work with a guy that came to us from swift and I have never heard him say a bad thing about them. He speaks of his time there very good. He just got worn down from struggling to find places to shut down for the night and he even said it could be bad planning on his part so he decided to try local. We have Werner guys that bring stuff in from Seattle and they are always happy because they get miles on top of miles on top of miles lol (dedicated run). Those are two other companies like WE that everyone says suck beyond belief but people are happy there. Yes the pay is on the lower side like you said but that's usually not what people are complaining about...it's everything else. You got it right with people are their own worst enemy because if you can't make one of those companies work you probably can't make any other one work because the bs is the same everywhere, just a different color truck.RidgeRunner731, dwells40, InTooDeep and 5 others Thank this.

It's freaking beautiful there but holy #### is it like a mountain side trailer park for the most part lol. My neighbors are from Springfield which I am familiar with and the first thing they asked me was if I seen the house a wall fell down and they had plastic sheeting covering the whole side of the house (I did) lol. They own a business here and they were telling me that Vermont is very anti business so most of the people with talent leave and that's why there are so many crappy poor sections. One of those stupid drives I was talking about was from Tampa to Springfield Vermont to pick up a $300 acr neon that hadn't run in like 8 years lol.Dave_in_AZ and 2old Thank this.
