    My kids left R/Rock, TX several year ago, and I have not had reason to keep current on TX law since....
    However; at one time, the law allowed for a wide interpretation for extreme actions, predicated "on during the hours of darkness".
    Basically, you could awaken, peer out your window, see the thief jimmying the pickup door, dress, arm up, come down, get into wife's car, follow the fool down to the first stop sign, shoot his ###, and walk... Had to be dark and you constant trailing. Anyone with more current or alternate interpretation, chime in...

    Think the Lithium RX at length affects the liver's functions over time. This info was years ago ref a relative. Probably have better/narrower spectrum RX's now.
