    Years ago; when the cactus thieves from CA were active, it was real karma.
    Would drive from say LA to near Casa Grande; lay by till dark, then dig up a few nice size ones. Get big bucks at retail.
    But, the transplant died and the mark wanted his $ back. Lotta work, lotta risk, little final net $. Then the penalty's were stiffened.
    Now you would be better to do Brinks robbery; at least no needle sticks.

    In fact one of the one's I find most beneficial is getting into a hurdler stretch, but instead of stretching the hamstring, you lay backwards.

    Stretches the groin, hip, and quads.

    Fix you up everytime.
