Ask @D.Tibbitt about blowing sand on US 80 levels between say Yuma and Benson.
Beneke had a B61 went West once bright yellow, came back splotched yellow/gray primer. Hansel Brown said he looked around for some camels at first, thought he had diverted to Egypt. Times I saw it was blowing medium steady and fine grain. Could stick you hand out and feel an abrasion.

The part that is a put down is to say that the current cup drivers arent some of the most talented stock car racers on the planet...and you hear this alot from some of the so called fans.. Because the sport has declined so hard for the last 20 years that somehow equates to the drivers declining by the same rate. Simply not the case.. These cup drivers are just as talented if not more then the pettys and earnhardts of the world.. And in my humble opinion kyle larson could mop the floor with those 2 legends. Nascar is the pinnacle of stock car racing and most likely always will be... Itd be a hard task to find a kid racing some form of stock car ,on a short track in backwoods america that doesnt have a dream of making it to nascar one day... Its like saying minor leauge baseball players are more talented than the big leaugers.. Or college... Replace racing with any sport.... Thats effectively the argument from all the nascar haters. Doesnt make a lick of sense... And it undermines all the dudes grinding it out on the late model circuits spending their hard earned money trying to get a chance to make it to the cup series one day....just my useless opinion on one of my favorite series of racing...

I do enjoy anything that involves wheels and engines and going faster then the next guy

Go ahead and take the rest of the day off. You deserve it.
