I'm a freak for Le Mans and endurance racing in general and still enjoy watching Indycar races, especially in person. (Thank you PIR!!) Big fun on a local scale: Deming Speedway. Mini sprints on a 1/8? mile dirt track. 600 or 1200cc bike engines and big wings. Dirt showers in the stands, WOOHOO!

A sugar free BBQ rub and miss Lizzie’s prickly heat. It pretty warm. I cooked two chickens and going to put three Boston butts on and let them go all night. I use a different rub for the pork.

It's actually pretty good, Mack, put in some onions and olives and maybe some peppers, and you're set.
Fetta cheese is awesome as well.
    Think outside of the box

Make all of my rubs from ingredients. Don’t use pre-packaged ones. Most of those have way too much salt and sugar in them.

Cucumber salad is pretty big around here. I like it best with English cucumber, but the wife prefers regular pickle cucs for it. I’m not big on cucumber skin that’s why I like the English variety.

There are a few store bought ones that are good, but most are either all salt or all sugar.

I do like a little brown sugar when I do ribs.

Looks good and if you add baking powder to your dry rub it will make the skin crispy and brown nicely.

I raced any kind of motorcycles growing up. As I got older I switched to quad racing because of shot knees. Tried off road carts but got to much. So now I just watch any kind of bike races
