Was stumbling around the county pages and found reference to a comprehensive plan update......

Looks like the plan includes by 2045 -- 50% population growth for the county and 150% growth for the town I live near.

Any body else seeing numbers like this in there area?

There is this thing called the Grand Canyon in your way for making an efficient trip. You have just a couple of choices out to PHX area, then run north. Or Canyons from NM/CO to UT, I15 washed out a few year back and may be problematic on this route.

Gonna be a road trip. Headed to see the pacific and other areas. Just wanted to get to vegas to sorta start. and then sight see on the way back. Be gone about a month

Take The ET highway out of Vegas up to 80.

Several choices then.

Go over to SLC and stay on 80, drop down to 70 and go through the Rockies, or go up to 90 and go through Montana.

If you take 90, that's probably the most scenic. Goes through SD and you can stop in Wyoming and see Devils Tower.

In that case I would roll over toward Memphis and catch I40 to Flagstaff then north to Vegas. A couple of the grades from Flag to Vegas are rather steep take it mellow in that part.

Go north to St George and hit the north rim and monument valley then catch 40 at Gallup
