California stopped it. Now all we have to do is start tearing down all the vacant office buildings and warehouses. We can scrape up all the asphalt and concrete, grind it, and sell it to people in Phoenix for gravel. All that fine farmland which was covered up and paved over and that we thought was gone forever can be easily reclaimed. There's nothing in Phoenix but sand and weird stunted plants.
We're glad to help our neighbors in Arizona any way we can. Or then again, maybe not.

I'm going with at least they are training folks that are there rather than bring in more H-1B visas holders from Asia.

H-1B is one program that needs some serious scaling back/limitations on new visas.

Yeah, man.....I was a virgin when I met her.......good times until she gave me the crabs when I was home on leave over Christmas.
Got married in front of the JP when she was about 7 months pregnant......probably the most humiliating moment of my life....
So, I go back to Ft Sill and I keep scratching my junk. Finally, one of the DI's said, "boy, you need to see the DR.".
So, Dr says, wash off with this......Kewe, Keri, I forget lotion
Then I says, "You gave me the crabs....."
And she says, " No you gave me the crabs....."
Then I say, "I've been locked up for 2 months, there's no way I could have given you the crabs....."
Then we quit talking for a while

but all in all, there's no regret at all. Just another page in the book

They are developing what, when they started, was the largest continuous undeveloped chunk of land on I-5. First tenement is a Lowe's DC at 1,200,000 SqFt. a planned second building about the same size then a couple of smaller ones at 600,000 and 225,000 Sq feet.

The disadvantage of being half way between Portland and Tacoma/Seattle metro areas. Prime spot to put a regional DC.
