    Shoulda bought what you did for your personal use and enjoyment, but took a 3 year option on a contiguous mile each way.

    Did buy it for My personal use and to enjoy the elbow room of 6 acres.

    Was not in the financial position to buy up the 3 or 4 parcels that were just up the street from that development that would have been easy to turn into a series of duplexes or triplex row houses. So now I am keeping an eye out for other "opportunities."
