I've been on KP duty for a week. I get whatever is left. Right now I'm looking at 1 weenie and some Mac n cheese.
But it was good to see the girls eating well.

I'm doing a low carb diet. Trying to cut weight. Protein and fat are ok. I'm counting calories. Writing it in a book. Going to order a scale to weigh out food, take the guess work out. Working out a little.

 

I had to give up my chorizo breakfast burritos — not really, but it sounds good

 

Johnsville makes a real good chorizo sausage. I thought about taking a picture of it to.post but forgot. $5 for a pound/package at my local supermarket.
