Weather has been nice today, no ac needed at all. Not bad for second week of June

This is a Portuguese chourico, very different from the South American version.
Very difficult to find any Portuguese style products in stores out west.
Probably the most common is Sliva brand linguica.
If you ever do a pork roast in the oven, put in some linguica, cut them in half and just lay the pieces against the roast. It’s really good.
